Friendship flourishes with new sales roles at Vivo

Mother of one, Allison has worked in the house building industry since 1989 and has during that time, ran a couple of estate agents and has worked as a freelance sales adviser for both Lovell and other building companies.

She said: “Nothing is easier than selling something that you love and having a real passion for. The houses at Vivo are beautiful and the location is brilliant, which makes it a real pleasure to work on such a thriving development.”

Janis, who has two ‘very spoilt’ dogs, has worked in the housing industry for around 14 years before joining Lovell.

She said: “Vivo is definitely the best development in the area. Everyone who lives here seems very settled and comments on how safe they feel. The community is a real ‘hub’ and everyone looks out for one another.

“It’s very rare to find a development by the riverside with a beautiful collection of houses, rather than apartments which you often find in the area.

Work aside, Allison and Janis have been good friends for over 25 years. Allison even cemented their friendship further by asking Janis to be her son’s godmother.

Allison said: “I’m extremely lucky to work with my good friend, doing a job I love!”

Overlooking the iconic Infinity Bridge, Vivo features 126 high specification homes benefitting from a stylish fully fitted kitchen with integrated cooking appliances and sleek bathrooms.
