Baby boom shows Stockton’s Vivo is the place for families

Lovell Homes and Muse Developments’ Vivo has become the place to call home for families in Stockton-on-Tees, as the development has seen the arrival of three new babies.

Sameera and Shezad Khan, and Violetta and David Pizzi have welcomed new bundles of joy after moving into new homes at the Northshore Road development.

First-time buyers, Sameera and Shezad Khan, have become first-time parents to five month old Raees – the first baby to be born at Vivo – after moving into their new three-bedroom home.

Sameera comments: “Having so many new mums on the development gives it a real community feel, so it’s been a nice experience moving to such a family-friendly community.

“We found Vivo by accident really, as an estate agent happened to mention it, and we loved the house as soon as we stepped inside.

“It’s very different for a new build and feels lighter and brighter, the ceilings are higher than normal and we could see the Infinity Bridge from the window of the master bedroom, which really appealed to us.

“We knew we had to move quickly as it was one of the last available homes overlooking the river and there was already a lot of interest, so we made the decision to reserve straight away.

“The eco features, such as the photovoltaic panels and rain water system, were a big selling point; buying a first home is a big expense, so knowing we could make a saving on our energy bills was very attractive.”

Violetta and David Pizzi, who are also first-time buyers, became first-time parents to Iliana (four months) after purchasing the last available home on phase one of the development.

Violetta comments: “Before we purchased at Vivo I happened to notice a poster for the development in my local gym.

“It was the first home we looked at when we started house hunting and it had everything we wanted, as the location, size and quality are exactly what we were looking for.

“It was actually the last home on phase one, so we reserved it after looking around the show home.

“We really like the open-plan living and the build quality is better than we’ve seen anywhere else in the area, plus the location is quiet and we have already made lots of friends at the development.”

A selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes are currently available on phase two of Vivo, priced from £141,250.
